Sound · Oh Yeah? · Template sound or Silent

Does Fancy Cafe AI keep the original song?

Yes, by default. Fancy Cafe AI keeps the sound of the viral clip, cut to stay in time with your ~15-second video. Choose Silent for an MP4 with no audio track, then add a sound inside TikTok or Instagram. Viral versions use “Oh Yeah?” by Steve Lacy. We do not grant music rights, so platform rules still apply.

What is the fancy cafe song?

Know Your Meme says the first clip was set to “Oh Yeah?” by Steve Lacy, and people search for it as “your first time in a fancy cafe oh yeah”. Other posts use a creator's original sound, so check which audio is attached to the version you like before you tap Use this sound.

What keeping the sound means

The sound is cut at the same points as the video, so it stays in time with the action. It comes with the clip you download, and Silent leaves it out.

Downloading a song in an MP4 is different from using it through a platform's library. TikTok and Instagram license music for use inside their apps, and that licence does not travel with your file. We do not own this sound and cannot give you rights to it, so a clip on YouTube, for a client or in an ad can get a claim, a mute or a takedown. For those uses, choose Silent and add music you have the right to use.

This is general information, not legal advice.

Business accounts and ads

Business accounts on TikTok and Instagram often have a smaller commercial music library, and the trend song may not appear. If you are posting for a brand, use the Silent export with licensed music.
