1. Overview

Here we explain what Fancy Cafe AI ("we") does with personal information when you visit or use fancycafe.pro. Our Terms of Service apply alongside it.

2. What Data Is Involved

The information we handle depends on what you do on the site, and may cover:

  • Your name, email address and sign-in identifiers
  • Portraits you upload and the cafe clips made from them
  • Your video settings, scene options and the status of each job
  • Payment references passed to us by the checkout processor, which never include your full card number
  • Anything you write to support
  • Technical records such as your IP address, browser type and rough timestamps
  • The cookie and analytics events covered in section 5

3. Why We Use It

These records let us:

  • Create your login and protect it
  • Generate, save and deliver the clips you order
  • Collect payment, add credits and deal with refunds or chargebacks
  • Spot misuse, apply the Terms and carry out safety screening
  • Answer support questions and legal requests
  • Understand overall site traffic and repair faults
  • Fulfill our tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell photos to anyone.

4. Your Uploaded Portraits and the Resulting Clips

Each portrait is used to produce the MP4 you requested, and for that reason it can pass through hosting, storage, safety and AI video providers. We do not derive a facial-recognition template from it, nor do we use it to work out who a person is.

You may upload a picture only if it belongs to you or you have permission to use it. Keep out celebrities and other public figures, anyone below 18, anything designed to impersonate or mislead, and personal data you have no right to share.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies and similar files may keep you logged in, save your preferences and show us which pages get used. Your browser settings let you manage them, although blocking certain cookies can interfere with signing in or paying.

While you pick photos, the creator may hold a draft in your browser, which keeps your pictures, positions and settings in place through sign-in, checkout or a refresh in that tab. Deleting a photo changes the draft, and starting a successful render empties it. A draft left untouched for two hours is thrown away the next time drafts load. This browser copy is not the same thing as uploaded files or finished clips, which section 7 covers. You can wipe the site's browser storage from your browser settings as well.

6. Who Receives Your Information

Vendors acting on our instructions receive data where needed, including those that provide:

  • Cloud hosting and storage
  • The checkout service displayed when you pay
  • AI video generation and content screening for your job
  • Delivery of account and support email
  • Professional advice, along with authorities where legally required

Our vendors may not put your photo in their marketing.

7. How Long We Keep Data

Information stays with us only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the Service, maintain My Creations, protect the site, settle disputes, enforce our agreements and satisfy legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

  • Your account details, photos and clips may stay while your account remains open or your history stays switched on.
  • Uploaded pictures and finished clips may stay in your history or in the storage used to deliver them.
  • Billing records last as long as tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention and dispute rules demand.
  • Security logs and support files last for a limited time based on operational and legal need.

When we have verified a request for deletion or closure, eligible personal data is erased or de-identified within 30 calendar days. Encrypted backups can persist for up to 90 further days until the regular backup cycle overwrites them. Certain records may stay longer if needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, chargebacks, disputes or defending claims.

8. Rights You Can Exercise

Depending on your location, you may be legally entitled to:

  • Learn which categories of personal data we hold, why, and who gets them
  • See your personal data or obtain a copy of it
  • Update account details that are wrong or missing
  • Have qualifying personal data erased and your account closed
  • Limit or object to some processing
  • Obtain some data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Take back consent given earlier
  • Opt out of promotional email while still getting receipts and security alerts
  • Raise a complaint with the privacy regulator where you live

Making a request

Write to support@fancycafe.pro from your account address, using the subject line Privacy Request or Account Deletion Request. Tell us which of these you want (access, correction, export, restriction, objection, closure or deletion) and which account or data it concerns.

To avoid exposing or deleting the wrong person's information, we may ask you to reasonably prove your identity. Eligible requests are confirmed and completed within 30 calendar days of arrival. If a complex request lawfully needs longer, we will tell you why and offer a new date. A few profile fields can be changed by you in Settings.

Some files survive account closure: statutes may require us to retain billing, security, fraud or dispute records, and we may need them to protect the Service and other people using it.

9. Cross-Border Processing

We and our vendors may handle information outside your own country. Where legally required, those transfers rely on protections such as contractual clauses, recognized adequacy mechanisms and access controls.

10. Security Measures

Our safeguards include encrypted connections, restricted staff access, protected credentials, activity logging and abuse screening where appropriate for the workflow. No internet service can honestly guarantee perfect security.

11. Minors

This Service is limited to people 18 and over. We never knowingly accept personal information about children. Tell support if you believe a child's data was uploaded, and we will deal with it.

Our pages may point to outside websites, which follow their own privacy practices. This document does not apply to them.

13. Updates to This Policy

Changes to the Service or the law may lead us to revise this document. We will publish the new version on this page with a fresh date, and give notice as well if the law says we must.
